          Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs) are the traits of an entrepreneur should have to become successful in business.PECs include the following characteristics:
   1.Vigilance for opportunities
             - In situations when other people see only problems,hopelessness,and more problems,an entrepreneur may seek the opportunity to make new business ideas.
   2.Risk taking
             - Before moving to a new field of business,an entrepreneur calculates the number of risks and alternative solutions for them.
   3.Persistence
             - An entrepreneur must have determination to succeed and to go through any kind of obstacle he/she encounters.
   4.Commitment to work contract
             - The ability to accept responsibility for completing a task for the customers.
   5.Demand for efficiency and quality
             - The trait of an entrepreneur that allows him/her to do things beyond the expectations of customers.
   6.Goal setting
             - This trait allows an entrepreneur to set clear and specific objectives.
   7.Information seeking
             - The urge to look for more information about an entrepreneur's field of business and uses these information to make better quality of his/her offers and services.
   8.Systematic planning and monitoring
             - This trait allows the entrepreneur to make  plans that will help achieve goals and monitor the progress of the business.
   9.Persuasion and networking
             - This trait allows an entrepreneur to convince the people to accept his/her offer.
10.Self-confidence
             - This trait refers to an entrepreneur's ability to believe in his skills and abilities,allowing him/her to pass obstacles and achieve his/her goals.
          Applying these characteristics to being an entrepreneur can help him/her succeed in business and life,proven that he/she will use them the correct way.
